September 17th CommUNITY Festival
Community Festival (“Sharing Culture-Building Community”) will be on Saturday, September 17th at Unity Square. International Women Group will have a table at this event; please let me know if you would like to display items from your country. I will be happy to coordinate with you the details.
4pm – 6pm: Finnegans Awake (Celtic Band)
6pm – 7pm: Deleware Dancers, Chinese New Year Dance, Kung Fu Demonstrations
7pm – 8pm: Branjae – critically acclaimed funk, soul, & jazz band
8pm – 10pmL DJ Klave – salsa dance lessons.
Also available will include: bounce houses, face painting, giveaways, henna tattoos, jewelry, artwork, clothing, poetry reading, story tellers, food trucks, drinks by Price Tower with a special menu & more!
